Scenario description

This scenario describes how to support apprentices in developing, enriching and maintaining their own Personal Learning Environments for their ongoing professional development, to support learning from multiple contexts including work and college, and to reflect on their learning..

Following constructivist pedagogy, it is important that apprentices have a grasp of the processes by which knowledge is constructed. PLE is increasingly seen as a means to develop not only personalised but also self-regulated learning skills.
